Yes , sort of , when we rebuild the package it get fc23 tag , but those packages don't got rebuild so stay with f22 , it is common happens this . Fedora have done a mass rebuild for all packages for this release so all packages should have fc23 tag but is an exception . -- Sérgio M. B.
