Is there any particular reason libopenshot appears on that list three
times? Just wondering. :-)

As Karel said, I'm not sure what the question is here, but OpenShot on el7
would certainly be compatible with, and benefit from ffmpeg 3.3/3.4. That's
the only one I maintain, so I can't really speak for the rest, though I
can't imagine audacity, mplayer, mpd, mpv, or vlc having any issues.

libquicktime, that's still a thing!? I have it installed on my F28 box, I
see, but the only package that requires it is libquicktime-utils so...
yeah. Probably no huge loss to dump that one as well, if need be. It
doesn't even have support for any of the esoteric codecs, like Sorenson, so
it seems like ffmpeg may cover everything it handles.
