Unfortunately the nature of this being a lower version package necessitates
some manual intervention.
If you do a dnf remove of the current packages it will remove the kmods it's
built as well. One option is to "rpm -e --nodeps <nvidia-packages>" which will
work around that, then you should be able to install.
