Yes it's a good idea to advertise the free/nonfree tainted repos. The "drivers" repo is a left-over and should be removed on the next push. the steam and nvidia-driver are only usefull from the point of view of the workstation repositories.
That been said, I don't plan to maintain a "repoview" for theses new repos. The way forward is to avoid having theses many little files into all mirrors where only the primary mirror link is used. Instead, it would be fine is someone could look into adapting the "packages" application to rpmfusion. I would also mention that a rework of the rpmfusion.org frontpage (using a static site of else) would be very much welcomed. So for now It's fine to have the tainted repos advertised with the others repos and also in the Configuration page as an optional choices (using dnf install rpmfusion-free-release-tainted, etc).
