It would be fine if your particular plugin would be packaged within
rpmfusion. We cannot fix the internet, but we can at least take care
of the packages that we distribute.
If the kodi package you are using is still using python2, I'm fine with
having it only up to f32, but then start looking at the development
version for kodi 19 and python3 support.
The author of the plugin I'm depending on has said he'll have python3
support ready in time for the first release candidate of Kodi 19, which
will hopefully be soon. I just need to have a working system in the
meantime, in which compiling the Fedora 32 source rpms on Fedora 33
worked out just great.
