after reading https://rpmfusion.org/CommonBugs#FFmpeg-free%20conflicts Asking the question in another way why we don't copy ffmpeg.spec from RPMFusion to Fedora and just disable libavcodec_freeworld ? or why ffmpeg on Fedora is different of RPMFusion ?
