I hadn't tested against rawhide's libva 2.22. The new headers add fields to
VAEncPictureParameterBufferVP9 that the vendored cros-libva (dormant upstream)
doesn't set.
Updated SRPM (1.3.1-4) attached. The fix is a one-line build-time patch adding
..Default::default() to the struct initializer, plus a vendor checksum clear in
%prep. Same fix we use for openSUSE TW.
