The status quo in the current situation is to have the package in the nonfree
section since it will use the pre-built scrcpy-server.jar.
If we can have the android ndk/sdk to build scrcpy-server.jar then this package
could go into fedora proper since there is a ffmpeg-bin there.
Closing as the bug hasn't seen any update.
Feel free to resubmit a new review request as needed.
