libfaad2 isn't from RPM Fusion.
>From whatever repo it comes from disable that repo and remove every
single package from it.

RPM Fusion works with  k3b-extras-nonfree and faad2-libs. If you
install repo not compliant with RPM Fusion, you are on you own.
