what's going on?
you rely on binary blobs, the external packages you need can not be
always in sync with Fedora which recently updated mesa - you need to
wait or buy hardware which works out-of-the-box

Will someone take a look at this problem? I am not able to install
nvidia drivers because of this problem. Thank you in advance.
