1. I'm still not understanding why you refer to the header files?
As I said, as far as I know Stallman and the FSF have
not changed their view that header file inclusion does NOT produce
a derivative work:

2. A standard understanding is that the GPL prohibits static linking
from non-GPL code to GPL code, but permits dynamic linking.  Are you
saying that RPy is statically linked?
