Hi, rpy2-2.7.7 is released and on pypi. It is addressing an issue with the conversion of pandas data frames and an issue with the pickling of robjects-level instances. That second fix is making R objects usable in Python code relying on pickling. Pyspark, the Python interface to Spark, is one such example.
