It is important to recall that a node is permitted to have multiple
Identifiers concurrently, and that correspondents cache *all* of the
Identifier values.  So a node A could switch from an Identifier (I1)
that collided to a different Identifier (I2) that belonged to that
same node A, and the session can stay up when such a change occurs.
