That sounds sensible, with the obvious extension that discussion of specific Routing RG topics/proposals should remain on the Routing RG list, while things on R&A scaling outside scope of Routing RG likely belong on either the RAM list (or some specific other list -- HIP RG for HIP stuff as an example).
