Addendum: I have been in touch with Tevfik Karagülle <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, the cwRsync author, about what users like you who want patched versions of cwRsync should do. He says you can just compile your own rsync.exe as in alternative #1 and then replace the rsync.exe installed by cwRsync with your own to achieve the effect of a patched cwRsync. Matt
