Hi all,
there was a discussion that it would be advantageous to have the ability to
evaluate a template directly in RainerScript. This can now be done with the
new function exec_template() [git master branch, only]:
$template testtpl,"msg-->%msg%<--"
set $!tpl = exec_template("testtpl");
This will be released in January and will also be available as part of 7.6.
If someone would give it a try and report back the results, that would be
great. Please note, however, that I will be unresponsive until after Jan
7th.
