For what it's worth, I'm experiencing the same since July 11 on EL6 using the rsyslog-stable repos. Another thread mentions rsyslog-8.20 released, but no binaries, and I haven't checked if it resolves the dependency. libfastjson 0.99.3 provides libfastjson.so.4, apparently.
