I'm contacting you because we have an issue with our rsyslog
utility for some hosts, it didn't send any logs, and no output file is not
being written.Our systems are based on Red Hat 8.8.
I've already checked your guide from
https://www.rsyslog.com/doc/troubleshooting/file_not_written.html, adjust as
described but nothing changed, I've compare it with a system were the rsyslog
it's working and they are the same.
My question is, could you please help us so we can solve our
issue? I can provide the rsyslog configuration file or anything that you
request.
