Paul, It looks like the files in rt3/share are from unpacking the archive directly, so I'd remove those listed below first. Then do an ls -l in /opt/rt3/share/html. I find that when I install statistics I do it as root, but my whole /opt/rt3 tree has to be owned by apache.apache. So, if the directories /opt/rt3/share/RTx, /opt/rt3/share/Callbacks and /opt/rt3/share/Callbacks/kStatistics (and all their children) aren't owned by the same user and group as the other directories in /opt/rt3/share, do a chown -R on the and try again....
