You can remove them from the At A Glance page by going into: Configuration -> Global -> RT at a glance
Then copy Set($HomepageComponents, [qw(QuickCreate Quicksearch MyAdminQueues MySupportQueues MyReminders RefreshHomepage)]); from RT_Config.pm into RT_SiteConfig.pm and remove MyReminders so users cannot add them back. Finally, create an empty file: /opt/rt3/local/html/Elements/MyReminders That should do it.
