Hi,

I installed RT-3.8.1rc5 with RTFM 2.4.0rc1 and RTIR 2.4.0rc1.

Whenever I want to view the ticket history, I get the message 

Can't call method "TicketObj" on an undefined value at 
/opt/rt3/share/html/Callbacks/RTIR/Ticket/Elements/ShowMessageHeaders/Default 
line 2. 


I get the same message when viewing an incident.

There is no information in the logs that could help me, perhaps someone here 
knows the answer that I need.
