Hi Guys, I am running RT 3.6.4 and I have a very simple question. Is it possible to supply dynamic content in an users signature?
i.e. we want to be able to put a link to a website in the users signature that will link to a page that creates a feedback response and we want to be able to include the relevant ticket number in the signature as in: "We value your opinion and we would like to hear about your experience with our Support department. Please click <<here>> to submit feedback on this support ticket. Where <<here>> would be something like http://www.website.com/ticketfeedback?id=123456 (where 123456 would be the number of the RT ticket)? Any help would be greatly appreciated. *************************************************************************************** Any views expressed in this message are those of the individual sender, except where the sender states them to be the views of Foreshore Limited.
