Hi Kim, if I were you I would simply reinstall. Unless you had any customizations, should be a piece of cake - the only thing you'll need is a copy of your RT_SiteConfig.pm file.
If you were running an older version of RT, you'll need to follow the steps to upgrade the RT database.
