Hi, Can some help me in getting these answers.
1. Does creation of custom fields in RT will bring any performance issue. 2. Do RT maintains a different table to stores these custom tables. 3. Also can there be any performance issue by using RTIR with RT. Currently i am using 2.4.4 of RTIR with 3.8.8 of RT with latest postgres as DB.
