As SuperUser, go to RT home page, then click on "Edit" on top right of the "Newest Unowned Tickets" area. Then, above "Sorting", click on "Search - Unowned Tickets" in the "You can also edit the predefined search itself: Search - Unowned Tickets" sentence. Then you're editing this search, add the wanted fields at the bottom and then click on the right, in the "Saved search" box on "Update".
