Hi, In our work team, we have regular members and team managers. I would like to enable team managers to 'untake' other members tickets (eg: to tweak workload). I would preffer only team managers having this right. But, at this point, Im not being able to spot a right to enable this work scenario.
Is there any possible way to allow certain users to untake tickets owned by other users? Thanks in advance, Oriol Soriano.
