Hello! I have a newly installed RT v4.2.10 and there is a business requirement to treat forward as internal mailing (as comments). Requestors should not be notified on comments and forwards. Thus Forward action should use CommentAddress rather than CorrespondAddress. Please advice, how to approach the issue, edit the share/html/Ticket/Forward.html did not help (I merely managed to display the desired address on the GUI, but finally the ticket has been forwarded as usually with the From and ReplyTo the CorrespondAddress).
