*Must Have:*

   - Over 5 years of CRM implementation experience in the capacity of CRM
   technical business analyst
   - Salesforce CRM implementation experience for large customer base
   - Strong understanding of CRM and Salesforce technologies
   - Experience with Salesforce.com platform & API’s
   - Ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter
   - Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
   - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
   - Experience developing in an enterprise environment - source code
   control, continuous deployment, release management
   - Worked in an Agile environment, including exposure to Scrum and Kanban

*Role Deliverables*



As per the role accountabilities above, the key deliverables will be:



•           NA Fuels Salesforce CRM 2019 Rollout

•           Org structure, accounts and user profiles in Salesforce CRM

•           Strategy and plan for 2019 rollout

•           Salesforce User/Training manuals



*Responsibilities Of Role *



Salesforce Technical Business Analyst is responsibilities include –

•           Understand and record requirements for Salesforce CRM rollout
for NA Fuels Sales business

•           Working with business and BP Salesforce C4E (center for
Enablement) to accelerate delivery of Salesforce CRM scale in 2019

•           Document strategy and roll out plan for wider NA Fuels sales
group in 2019

•           Work closely with BP Salesforce C4E team create Org. structure,
opportunities and user profiles required for MVP

•           Collaborate with C4E and SAP team to get data dumps required
for MVP

•           Identify requirements for backend integration with SAP for
master data

•           Help users learn and use Salesforce CRM system

•           Define KPIs for success and metrics

•           Development of solutions in line with BP’ Corporate and IT
strategy and governance model set by BP Salesforce C4E team.

•           Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of existing BP
applications and systems, to assist in their ongoing operation.

•           Document Lessons learned during MVP phase

•           Operational costs from 2019 rollout perspective

•           responsible for providing innovative applications through
custom development in line with BP C4E standards, integrations, and data
migration elements within the Salesforce.com environment.

•           Provide Salesforce technical direction

•           Provide Salesforce technical leadership and innovation,
utilising advanced technical skills.
