A Facets business analyst is responsible for providing the customer with application domain expertise related to claims/benefits functionality. Specifically, the individual will have the following characteristics: * The Facets business analyst will conduct requirements discovery sessions with client to determine outcomes, KPIs, and operational practices for benefits and claims. * The role requires excellent general consulting and Facets application skills. This role may require on-site participation. * Experience should include a strong understanding of system core application functionality, emphasizing benefit structures related to evidence of coverage, claims operations process flows, best practices in end-to-end design on claims/benefits value chains. * Ability to provide advanced analysis, problem-solving, and interpret application configuration. * Good knowledge of Facets data structures. * Must be able to liaison effectively with business and technical groups and transfer Facets application knowledge to client’s staff. * Articulate (both verbal and written) issues and provide alternative solutions. * Excellent in working with onshore/offshore resource models. Covid Vaccine - At this time it looks like it might not be required but candidates without vaccinations should consider it as a role requirement should client require it. Travel is required for the role; however, most clients are still planning their return to office criteria.
