I was at the game and when Miami came out they thought it was a done deal.....IT WAS!!!! ROLL TIDE BABY!!! Still the best butt-kickin' I have ever seen the Tide put on another team!
-----Original Message----- Ricky McMahan wrote You are so right. I was excited all day and could not wait for kickoff that night. I remember a certain confidence that overcame me during the day and I told my family that I felt Bama was going to surprise the hell out of the Hurricanes. Nobody outside of the Bama Nation gave us a chance and we showed them all that you never take Bama lightly. Looking back, if I had to name one, that was probably my proudest moment as a Tide fan. 13-0 Baby!! Rick -- Yea, Alabama! Drown'em Tide!
