ncaa would mend it's evil ways, then I would not disagree with it's existence. Until

You think hospitals and health care providers invested in using IV devices that
prevent air bubbles from going into people's veins out of the goodness of their
hearts?? No, it were lawsuits. You think Ford pulled the Pinto cause they all of the
sudden found it to be dangerous? Nope again, it were lawsuits. The list is endless...

Dat's why dem English started the civil court system...no sense to settle it with
bloodshed, we try to settle things in a civil manner. The ncaa ought to be glad we
adhere to that system....the worst that can happen to them is losing their power (no,
I don't mean Huntsville Utilities kind of power) and toys.

So which would you rather have?
