Putting things in perspective. Yes, this is an Alabama athletics site. And, yes, we're all disappointed that Alabama's men's basketball team is not moving on to the Final Four.
But just to bring you up to date on Jay -- J.E. "Jay" Lisby, who is the heart and soul of this website and who is associate editor of 'BAMA Magazine: Jay has cancer, very serious cancer; a recurrance of the cancer for which he had major surgery and treatment a year ago. He has another long, hard battle ahead.
I'm sure I don't have to tell you what he needs from all of us. I'll keep you posted.
