Here's the question that I tried to ask about the FFD drafts, but ran into audio problems (copied from meeting notes):
For an unconverged failure, how do you detect that the failure is unconverged? Network examples on slides are simple and obvious - how would determination that a failure is unconverged be made for a more complex network such as the dragonfly networks described in item 6 earlier in the meeting?
