Hello everybody, my name ist Pawel Studencki, a new one here. I research possibilities of use a FireWire driver with RTLinux. Could you tell me the current status of this driver? Perhaps I could support the development? What things are to do?
I have no experience with RTLinux, I'm interested in this topic since 2 days :-) I've wrote a Linux driver. How difficult and complex is to port such a driver (for example FireWire) from normal Linux kernel to RT-Linux kernel? I've found a lot of papers about development of application for RTLinux and not much info about drivers, could you give me some tips?
