I have just released

I have fixed some bugs related to reference counting, and provided two
functions for user space (mbuff.h) :
inline volatile char * mbuff_alloc(const char *name, int size)
and
inline void mbuff_free(const char *name, volatile char * mbuf)
Also, debugging messages are disabled now.
As for integration with RTL, well I am not sure at which place should I fold
it.
