Michael,

EMC is Enhanced Machine Controller. It is being developed by NIST
(National Institute of Science and Technology, I think). It translates
G-code files into signals on the parallel port to control motors on
robots and machinery. It is currently written for rtlinux-2.0.36. That
is why need version 2.0.36. I don't think it will work on any other
version (It won't work on version 2.2.xx)but I'm not sure about 2.0.37
or 2.0.38. I've had a devil of a time getting rtlinux to load and run
properly... Therefore I'm going to try a whole different source if I
can. I need a bit of good luck about now!!!

Will v1.3 work with 2.0.36?

Thanks,

Clint Bach
