Subject: IP-stack

Hi,

I'm currently investigating what RTOS to use for a server-application.
What I need is:

Fast IP-stack. Is it fast in Linux?
I would like to use a 1Gbit Ethernet card, and be able to process 50 000 UDP/packets
per second.
 Does it seem plausible?

I would like it to be easy to migrate the server-application from one processor, to
several processors
 if things get too heavy-loaded.

 I need a good realtime-debugger (event-oriented rather than source-level-oriented)

OSE from Enea is a strong competitor.

/Krister
