this is the "missing link"! currently, we are flt testing pc104 sytems using rtl in
rpv's. our seniors
design, build and flt test rpv's. in another course the students use matlab/simulink
to design stability
augmentation systems/autopilots for flt testing in their aircraft. in the past the
sas/ap designs were
of a set form, to ease the coding burden on my grad students and myself. it was set
the controller form
and insert coef's via a header file. this would free up that aspect. the earlier
system was an embedded
controller, bit wiggling c code, which was beyond what could be expected from the
undergraduates in aero.
we are currently, switching from the embedded controller to the rtl system.

i'll look at the rtic-lab materials... i want to help on this. this summer my schedule
is very full, but
hopefully i can help some. after mid-august, i will have more time to help and test.

good luck! please keep me informed on any developments.
