I saw this problem in the archived mailing list one month ago. You'd
better brower the archive. I remember the answer there wss that the team
was waiting for a dot 1 version of RHand left 7.0 along.
The guy who asked the same question went further. I also tried in my RH7.0
system with his mothed and it did compile.
1. delete the () on the lines of the file that generates warning.
(I remember that there are 5 such lines, all like #undinfe something() )
2. edit the Makefile in your patched linux directory, change gcc to kgcc
in the file. (two of them)
Then you can compile. I didn't try if the kernel worked because I have to
found a new HD for my 486.
