There is the SNIFF+ commercial environment will allow you to develop any
project and is suitable for linux/rtlinux. (multi user, multi project,
multi platform ,cross-compiling, integrates a Versionning tool.
contact windriver for that.
However,in the free domain, look for Dev-c++, Kdevelop, ...
