Could you elaborate a bit on this please? If our code really is incomplete,
then if you tell us where and why we'll fix it.
Alternatively, you could use it as a starting point, make the additions you
require and submit it back for the benefit of all.

As far as I know, RTNet is RTAI/RTLinux neutral as that's the way Dave Schleef
likes to work. It's an open-source project
contributed by Dave that was started _before_ he joined Lineo, we've just
helped keep him fed and watered while he did it.
I suggest in the future you get your facts straight before exposing your
ignorance.
