[rtl] Is there any difference in the RTL API level between the 2 versions of RTLinux?

Dear all,   Seems to me that RTL3.0(final) has two versions, one is based on 2.2.18 kernel and the other is based on 2.4.1 kernel. Are there any differences in the RTL API level of these two? If there are, is there some documents list all of the difference? Best wishes Hai Xu
