This is really humorous. I cease to be amazed at the pure ignorance of
a few select individuals. Just because someone doesn't contribute to
your insignificance, does not mean that their voice (and, let me remind
you, that their monies may be what put Cheerios in your mouth) does not
matter.
Maybe you should ask yourself why they are using RTAI instead of
RTLinux. I'd be willing to bet in most cases it isn't because it is
"free". Maybe, it is because amateurs like you turn them off to
RTLinux. Key Data Point: most decision makers with fiduciary
responsibility don't the detailed differences between any two give
products or services, and simply make their decision based on the
professionalism and service from the supplier.
Also, your reference to "freeriders" is quite pointedly misrepresented.
Think about it for a moment and I am sure you will realize your mistake.
To those at FSMLabs, you may want to rethink who you hire, or who you
give email addresses to.
