Jan,
I have almost finished rtnet driver for atmel9260-MACB Ethernet Controller,
I hope you saw my reclamation on my first two posts.I had the problem
because I had forgotten rt_stack_connect(), and rt_mark_stack_mgr().Now I
can send and receive packets, but I have to make a little more corrections
on origin code.I hope you are interested to put it in the rtnet future
releases,I will be glad if it would be.
btw: Is there some probems with viewing and browsing rtnet-user archive on
sourceforge, because I can't view my posts and if I click on some date with
e.g 20 posts I can see one or two.Maybe I don't understand the way of
browsing?

The CPU speed can only make a difference if there is some race behind
it. This problem here is likely either a general issue with RTnet on ARM
(but there are already success stories on that arch) or a specific
problem with your own driver port - hard to tell without source code.
