In order to fix a bug in the Linux network device registration of RTnet (VNICs, RTcap tap devices), some refactoring was required. Therefore here comes a second release candidate, hopefully the last one before final 0.9.10. Find it at

Additionally, RTnet is now also udev-aware, supports SIOCGIFADDR, and
works with 2.6.24.
