Quick question. Many posters have referred to creating their own custom scaffold generators instead of using the defaults. What is the most common way to do this? Custom gem? Engine in lib? Probably something else... I really like this solution. It is exactly what I need on many projects. A simple link to an article or even stackoverflow post would be awesome. Thanks
