Learn how to apply a patch. ("man patch" would be helpful if you were on a *nix system; I'm not sure how to do it on Windows, though Google might help. But Windows isn't great for Rails anyway; get a *nix VM if nothing else.) That wasn't meant to be snarky: this is a fairly basic system maintenance task.
