So you have some stuff to sell and you think eBay just might be the
place to find buyers and get a decent price for all of your goodies?

You think you might list the stuff for 7 days?

You think ebay has a lot of "S" scale people that go there and like
to browse around and see whats new for sale?

Maybe you would list your item in this section;

Home > All Categories > Toys & Hobbies > Model RR, Trains > S Scale
> Other Manufacturers

Sounds so good so far?

Well, the guy that has the Alco RS4/5 did just that. I know
because it is how I found it yesterday. Today? well it seems it
plays hide and go seek. Sometimes it's there and sometimes it isn't.
Usually it isn't. It is in "My eBay", but then, I placed a bid on
the item so it had better appear there!
This morning and all day long it was nowhere else to be found.
If you go to eBay and find it on the page I think the seller would
appreciate knowing that I'm the only oddball in the bunch (sorry
for hijacking the phrase Tom S.)and this is all a confusion on my
part. Usually is.
I get that cosy felling knowing that when I sell something on
eBay the item is viewable to all that spend time browsing around the
ebay pages.
eBays polite response, and I do mean very polite, to this when I
emailed them was that if I enter the correct title of the item it
comes up, no problem. Very good! I now need help in writing up the
millions of possible items in "S" scale so I can use the title I
need for any of the zillions of title combinations "S" scalers might
choose when they decide to sell something on ebay.
