Gentlemen: It appears that I am now obligated and pleased to officially announce the birth of the S/Sn3 motorized speeder project. I have received several emails from folks with ideas and suggestions ranging from the use of NWSL "flea" power units, to Bachmann HO speeder motor/gears, to Banta's castings, etc., etc. I really do appreciate all the help and good ideas. Thank you all very much. As explained earlier, I will not be able to spend a lot of time on this project until after returning from Altoona. In the meantime, however, if you want to send me information, ideas, suggestions, photos, drawings, web sites, etc., etc., please feel free to do so. I can assure you that everything will be returned and that I will carefully evaluate what you send. Also, if you are willing to help with pattern making, resin/brass casting, machine shop work, building sample kit(s), photography, writing instruction sheets, etc., etc., please feel free to contact me with a description of your abilities.
