Andre (and others)....There are only a few firms making S scale
painted, lettered, almost-RTR freight cars these days. And many of the
paint schemes are no longer being produced. What to do? Use eBay to
buy stuff that was discontinued years and years ago. Build kits to
provide variety beyond the almost-RTR stuff to avoid that it-all-looks-
the-same appearance to your fleet. Use eBay for hard-to-find kits that
were plentiful in the 1970s and 1980s. I do believe more variety of S
stuff is sold via eBay than any other single retail outlet. How's that
for a controversial comment? Having fun yet....Ed L.
